Your Microderm GLO is warranted for a lifetime against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
If you discover a defect and notify Microderm GLO during the warranty period, Microderm GLO will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by proof of purchase. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt or order number for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed lifetime warranty coverage. In the situation that your product has been discontinued, you may be issued with a replacement product of the same value.
This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and only when purchased through the Microderm GLO website, a licensed AAD dermatologist, or authorized distributor.
This warranty does not cover and Microderm GLO is not responsible for:
• Damages caused by misuse, accidents, theft, power surges, or improper voltage connections.
• Damages caused by usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
• Normal wear and tear
• Commercial use
If your Microderm GLO should become defective during the warranty period, contact us via email at hello@MicrodermGLO.com for repair or replacement.
You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions from Customer Care on how to return your Microderm GLO product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available.
