1. What is Microdermabrasion?
A: Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions.
2. Who should use the Microderm GLO?
A: The Microderm GLO is recommended for any individual looking for smoother, softer and brighter skin. It is an excellent tool for improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, hyperpigmentation, blemishes, pores size, and uneven skin tone and texture
3. When can I expect to see results
A: It's important to know that everyone's skin is different so some may see results faster than others. An easy way to see if the system is working for your skin type is to check the filter after your treatment. After a successful treatment, you should see an accumulation of dead skin and debris collected by the filter.
Your skin should feel softer after only a couple uses but smoothing out fine lines, scars, and wrinkles may take more treatments on a consistent schedule. Microdermabrasion is a gradual and safe process. We recommend treatments up to 2 times per week depending on your skin tolerance.
4. What's the difference between the Microderm GLO and the Microderm GLO MINI?
A Microderm GLO features a LED Display with a visual, instructional treatment guide and timer in Auto Mode. An additional Manual Mode is also featured in which you may perform longer treatments. Battery charging status is also displayed on the LED screen. It has three suction levels, which may be adjusted with the Up/Down Arrow Buttons. The highest setting (Level 3) has a suction power of 22 in/hg. This device includes two Premium Diamond Tips. The Microderm GLO also includes an amazing one-year manufacturer warranty.
The Microderm GLO MINI system has a slim, water-drop design, and easy one-touch control that maximizes portability and ergonomic comfort. This device has two suction levels, which may be adjusted by pushing the power button again. The low setting (red light) has a suction power of 16 hg/in, and the high setting (blue light) has a suction power of 20 hg/in. It also includes a Premium Diamond Tip, a Fine/Precision Diamond Tip, and two Suction Tips. The MINI also includes a hassle-free, six-month manufacturer warranty.
5. How long do the diamond tips last?
A: Microderm GLO Diamond Tips are designed to last about 4-6 months with regular use of up to 2 times per week. We recommend using an ultrasonic cleaner which will provide even longer life. At a minimum, you should use warm/hot water to rinse and brush after each use to ensure cleanliness and avoid excess build-up on your diamond tip.
6. What if my Microderm GLO doesn't have suction?
A: Loss of suction may occur when filters are not installed in the diamond tip during every use (debris will get into the motor).
If that ever happens, just let us know and we'll send you a new replacement unit, at no charge. We'll also include a prepaid return label so you can ship the original one back. Your happiness is our #1 priority
7. How do you clean the Microderm GLO diamond tip?
A: Gently pull off the diamond tip from the Microderm GLO system. Clean the diamond tip end, and on the inside of the tip with warm water using the brush (included with the Microderm GLO system) after each use to remove dead skin cells and debris. Air-dry the diamond tip, and gently push back into the Microderm GLO system. This should be done after every treatment for cleanliness and to give the tips their best life.
8. Is it normal to see redness after use?
A: Light bruising and redness is completely normal after treatments and should subside within 36 hours.
9. Can I use the Microderm GLO to treat my entire body or only my face?
A: Yes, you can use the Microderm GLO to exfoliate your skin on any part of your body (not just your face). We recommend starting on the lowest setting and testing on a small portion of your skin before performing full treatments.
10. How often should I replace my filters?
A: Filters should be replaced after every treatment. Simply pull off the diamond tip. Then, pull out the filter disc and replace with a new one.
11. How often can you use it?
A: We recommend using the Microderm GLO up to 2 times per week. If this is your first time, start on the lowest setting (Level 1) and stroke no more than 2 times over each area, with 1 treatment per week. Then, gradually work your way up to 2 treatments per week depending on your skin type and desired results.
12. Does it removes blackheads
A: Microderm GLO is designed to exfoliate and gently resurface your skin, not remove peach fuzz, or blackheads. Although blackhead removal is not the primary focus of the device, many of our customers have experienced blackhead removal as a result of the suction feature.
13. Can I use it to treat acne scars
A: The Microderm GLO System is designed to gently exfoliate the dead and dull layers of your skin, improving the health and appearance of your skin. The Microderm GLO may smooth out acne scars over several treatments. We have had customers comment on how it has helped fade away from their acne scars. It is important to set expectations and understand that everyone's skin is different so results may vary
14. Do I need anything between treatments?
A: For best results, we recommend the Facial Steamer SPA+ before your treatment for deep cleaning and hydration, and the Peptide Complex Serum after your treatments to naturally boost collagen production.
15. What is your return policy?
A: In order to process your return, the item must be authorized and sent back to our fulfillment center, within 30 days of purchase, in new condition with all accessories and original packaging at your cost using an insured and trackable shipping method. We recommend UPS or FedEx.
Once we have received and inspected your return, a full refund minus our original shipping costs (to ship the order to you) and 15% restocking fee, will be issued within 48 hours.

Any returns that do not meet ALL of these requirements will be held at our facility and will not be processed. There are no exceptions to this policy so if you are unsure of any requirement please contact us.
16. What comes with the kit?
A: The Microderm GLO Diamond Microdermabrasion System comes with the following included:
